歡迎使用香港兆基創意書院網上入學申請系統。
感謝考慮申請入讀書院。
Welcome to the HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity online application system. We are glad that you are considering applying.

本申請系統將有以下程序。您將需要：
The application system follows the steps below. You will need to:

     1) 填寫學生身份證/護照號碼 fill in the student’s HKID / passport number
     2) 填寫主要聯絡電郵地址 fill in valid email address for future communication use
     3) 填寫四頁的基本申請資料 fill in 4 pages of personal information
     4) 上載相關文件 upload the relevant documents
     5) 上載申請小任務連結 (如適用) upload the task URL (if applicable)


方算完成提交入學申請。

開始申請程序前，請準備下列文件檔案：
Before you start the application, please have the following ready:

  • 最近證件相 recent passport photo
  • 香港身份證明文件 Hong Kong ID
  • 2025-2026學年成績表 、2024-2025學年成績表 、2023-2024學年成績表、獲獎記錄、推薦信 (如適用) 2025-2026 report cards, 2024-2025 report cards, 2023-2024 report cards, achievements, recommendation letters (if applicable) from P4 till now


填寫資料時，若需較長時間查看記錄或思考，建議可先行拉到最底按「儲存並繼續」鍵，系統會記錄您已經填寫的資料，再次登入時無需重新填寫，也可修改已填寫內容。然而，在填寫完畢及按下「確認及提交以上資料」鍵後，則不能再修改提交內容。
If you need more time to think before you can proceed, it is advisable to first click the “Save and Continue” button at the bottom of the page. The system will autosave the fields you have entered, and the fields would be pre-filled next time you login, and can also be amended. Please note that once you pressed the “Confirm and Submit” button, the information can no longer be amended.
